Shipping policy

General orders including dried flowers & gifts will be posted within 7 business days unless stated otherwise. 

For fresh flowers and orders to be sent as a gift please make sure the recipients address is correct and include ideal delivery date - if delivery is only available on certain days for particular products ie flowers fresh from the field on harvest day, it will be stated clearly in product description

*we do not ship fresh flowers- local delivery within the Launceston area only, unless prior arrangements have been made to organise a courier. Additional fees will be confirmed and must be paid prior to courier collection
